Many students are coming from work and it’s pretty business casual however, you will see many in jeans or athletic wear. Most importantly you’re comfortable! As for shoes, sneakers are absolutely okay. You want something that will stay on your feet and isn’t uncomfortable to move in. Dress shoes or heels that you are used to are also fine.

You do not need to come with a partner and most of our students actually take lessons by themselves and your teacher is your dance partner.

Most of our students never danced before and our greatest pleasure is fixing those 2 left feet ;)

Even if you have done ballroom or other styles of dance before we would still recommend you try our “Introductory Offer” first and experience the studio. Depending on your experience we can also recommend an appropriate instructor for you.

All of our students who come to group classes or parties also take private lessons at the same time to ensure everyone is getting the proper instruction. We don’t want people to feel like they have to rely on other students, or just themselves to figure everything out. Having a trained professional guide you through the process will help you develop good habits and frankly make you more enjoyable to dance with. Lastly, everyone learns differently and has very different natural tendencies. Finally, enjoy some time dedicated to you! Meet great people, move a little more and learn a hobby that will last a lifetime!
